The grant is specific to the country of destination and semester of student exchange placement.
This grant is specific for Indigenous students participating on an exchange program with the University of Saskatchewan, Canada in Semester 1, 2018.
Maximum number awarded
This grant provides a total of $5,000 paid as a one-off payment. Payment is made upon confirmation of exchange enrolment and prior to departure to the Host University
All courses, however student must be approved to undertake exchange placement.
Applicants for this grant must be able to meet the semester student exchange program criteria and be accepted by the host institution.
Students applying for two semesters of consecutive exchange at the same host university will only be considered for a scholarship in their first semester of exchange.
Students must be Australian citizens or permanent residents.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, a recipient with unsatisfactory progress or who breaches the scholarship conditions shall be ineligible to retain the scholarship. Determination of exceptional circumstances shall be at the discretion of the Manager, Mobility and Sponsor Development.
