In the Theatre Arts major you’ll receive practical training alongside critical skill learning and theory in historical and contemporary theatre and performance. You can focus on an area of theatre that suits your interests, such as performance, directing, writing, devising, dramaturgy, critical analysis, stage management or theatre production. You can also extend your creative and critical capacities by undertaking a project in your second year of study, and may have the opportunity to practice your skills and develop your portfolio through an internship with a professional organisation.
