You'll learn how to examine employment relations practices, understand legal risk and safety management issues, and examine the industrial relations system in Australia.

Highlights of this course include international industrial relations, where you will look at international comparisons of industrial relations systems with a socio-economic and political focus to help improve your global employability, and industrial relations, negotiation, mediation and advocacy, which examines internal and external workplace negotiation strategies.

When you successfully complete this course, you can progress to the Master of Human Resources.
