About this course

Overview

Become a secondary teacher and share your knowledge with the next generation. Our fully accredited Bachelor of Education (Secondary) − Industry Entry builds on (and gives credit for) the skills you've acquired in your professional life and reshapes them into a new career inspiring high school students. Also, because we value that experience, you could receive credit for up to a third of the degree - meaning you graduate sooner.

You'll specialise in a secondary school discipline related to your experience in your trade - and put your skills into action on professional placements (we have a dedicated team who will aim to find you a placement in your preferred location). Plus, you're in the driver's seat: you can study online, anywhere in Australia, full-time or part-time, so you can qualify as a teacher while working. Please note that some teaching areas require attending intensive schools located in Wagga Wagga.

This course is part of an articulated program of study. Articulated programs allow you to build on your study to achieve the right level of qualification for you.
