This course is designed to provide an opportunity for professional engineers to extend their knowledge and update their skills in line with recent advances. This course allows busy professional engineers to embark on postgraduate studies before committing to a master's degree.
This program teaches engineering and project management to the future engineering leaders, equipping them with the skills they need to compete globally. The program provides engineering graduates with the art and science of managing engineering projects.
Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the Master of Engineering Project Management, a student must hold:
a Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent three year or four year Engineering undergraduate degree from a recognised university (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) with a minimum GPA of 4.0 on a 7 point scale
OR a Bachelor honours degree in Engineering or equivalent four year Engineering undergraduate degree from a recognised University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing)
OR a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Project Management.
Students admitted to the program with a Bachelor Honours degree in Engineering or equivalent four year Engineering undergraduate degree or a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Project Management will be eligible for 40 credit points of advanced standing towards the program.
