Applicants for admission to candidature in the Graduate Certificate in International Tourism and Hotel Management may be selected where the applicant can demonstrate academic or professional standing considered by the School Board to be equivalent to the requirements of Rule 2 Section 3 of the University's Rules Relating to Awards.
You will complete a core unit in management, communication, and choose three electives from units covering tourism planning, entrepreneurship, tourism and hospitality management, international tourism systems and contemporary issues in the sector.
Topics covered provide you with a foundational understanding of operational and management issues in the tourism and hotel sector relating to planning, sustainability, and social responsibility, as well as applied business and management skills.

To be eligible to receive the Graduate Certificate in International Tourism and Hotel Management students must complete the equivalent of 4 units (48 credit points), comprising 1 core unit and 3 elective units.
