Professions within the built environment industries are becoming increasingly diverse, and the expected knowledge is moving beyond the limits of discrete disciplines.
This course is suitable for those wanting to expand their understanding, knowledge and skills across multiple built environment disciplines. You will also explore issues of sustainability within this context.
In your first year of study, you will develop a theoretical foundation in a chosen major supplemented by a range of optional units to broaden your conceptual understanding.
Following this, you will develop knowledge within your major and apply it to a capstone project. This project is related to the built environment industries and addresses issues from across multiple disciplines.

The Master of Sustainability and the Built Environment is divided into three majors:
Architecture
Planning
Project Management.
If you complete the master degree to a high standard, you may be eligible to proceed onto doctoral-level studies.
