This course is designed to enable registered nurses to build upon their clinical knowledge and experience and be prepared for advanced practice and leadership roles. The course is embedded in a strong evidence base and offers you professional and clinical skill enhancement along with development of strong research and leadership skills. Within the program you can choose to focus on selected clinical nursing specialties including: acute care cancer chronic conditions emergency intensive care mental health orthopaedics paediatrics perioperative renal. You will be an informed leader on healthcare issues emphasising cross cultural practice while building on your research, ethical, political and reflective skills. All applicants must select a preferred clinical specialty from the list of options available.
